I like what you have done here. The exposure is bang on and that is awesome with the differing brightness in the lights. The scene is wonderfully composed. I feel it is a touch out of balance and I think adding a person on the stairs may have provided that needed balance. Possibly someone at the top silhouetted in that open space. Why don't you, on your own expertly edit a brightly lit moon in the sky. Perhaps the brightness of the moon would also help balance the shot!

You got great color and a wonderful composition with the placement of the flower in the frame. It seems to be quite a bit oversharpened and the central focus of the image is lacking in detail.

You have a lot of great shapes here, but I just can't seem to focus on anything in this image. There is no focal point. It's OK that the shot is all blurry, but there needs to be something to focus on, such as a pop of color or a streak of motion or something in the composition to create a focal point.

Use of the rule of thirds in your composition would have improved this slightly. Perhaps a wider angle as well. I like the pastel colors of the sky.
