Your shot has many layers which is a great compositional technique. Unfortunately the faded mid ground is too far from the foreground. I'm hit by the trees in the foreground, then the fade to the distant layers of mountains. It is a beautiful view that you will always have with you now!!

Great use of slow shutter speed to capture the movement in the clouds. Also I like the muted pastel colors. I think the subject is not illuminated enough. My eye is drawn right past the well to the bright spot in the sky on the left.

Nice and rugged character. I am not liking the beveled vignette type border. Also it looks like the plane of focus is just in front of the subject's eyes like on the tip of the nose. It looks like some sharpening and some focus recovery methods were used in PP to compensate for the missed focus.
