Great lighting, no harsh shadows are cast by the objects. You have great vision, but to me this is just not very interesting as a photo.

Strong subject for the times we live but the photo does not draw my emotions. The hand crumbling the pink slip is great. It just needs to be dressed up more. I think it's the Jeans. I would expect to see something related to business or office attire or something like that. The hand on the desk with the cuff of a white shirt and a fancy watch on the wrist. Apparently it's all about the costume for me. Hopefully this is a constructive criticism.

Excellent artistic interpretation of the challenge description! I am no expert but I think the shallow DoF distracts due to the fact there is only a black background on this photo. However you nailed the focal length by keeping the bug nicely sharp and crisp.

Very fun street scene. Photo is somewhat out of focus and the exposure is harsh due to afternoon lighting. The lights are too white and the shadows are too dark.

Content is great, love the message. Definitely from above! One thing I can see to improve this is the crop of the circle or the base of the statue. It would have been so much more awesome and added something to the photo to get the entire circle in. I also don't like the square crop.
