gg 10.jpgby rasdubComment: Nice perspective on the Golden Gate bridge. I'm not sure if you did this intentionally but the Tungsten white balance does a great job of bringing out the blue in the sky and water.
Personally, I think the composition of this photograph would be strengthened by cropping it slightly below where the bridge comes off to the left, at a distance about equal to the distance between the top of the bridge tower and the top edge of the frame. |

Mainframe Manby bobdaveantComment: This is an excellent portrait, but the white balance seems a little bit off... the shot has a yellow-green tinge to it. You might try adjusting this in Photoshop -- key off the whites of his eyes to get the color balance correct.

Untitledby grandmarginalComment: Brilliant work on an excellent photograph.
While the blowout area on the forehead adds to the shot, I think it is a little bit too big. If you accomplished this in post-processing, could you back off the levels a bit to give a touch more area of detail there?
Again, well-done. One of the best photos I've seen here recently. |

God's "Goodnight"by jpochardComment: This is a nice sunset, but has a bit of an overprocessed feel to it. My guess (and I could be wrong) is that this was a touch underexposed and brought up via levels in post-processing. Either way this is a very good photograph, but probably could have been improved by a slightly longer exposure out of camera. |

Tower Bridgeby mmckennaComment: I love the light and shadow in this photograph. the converging lines of the lights help keep the eye in the photo.
As mentioned elsewhere, you may want to do a slight CCW rotation on this. |
