The Mistby MinsoPhotoComment: A lovely, delicate image and good catch on jmritz's part regarding the branches you copied at the top. |

Solitude?by MinsoPhotoComment: Very creative. I especially like the circular elements of the superimposed layer, that adds a lot. The overall pinkish/purplish color scheme feels a bit strange but I recognize that "strange" is not out of keeping with what this image is portraying!! |

Taking Flight 2by jomariComment: I prefer this one. I find the background complements the bird. But my main reaction is wow! to seeing that much movement in 1/80 sec ~~ they are working hard. |

Sea Legsby jomariComment: Aghh... lost my comment when I added this as a fave without posting first. Love all the different elements, not just the reflections, which are lovely, but the texture from the water, the division into panels, the pastel colors. I'm trying but failing to remember which artist's work this reminds me of. Really nice. Thank you. |

Stretch Limoby jomariComment: Stretched all the way between "Go" and "Stop" it seems!! I like the soft feel to the trees in the background and also the colors here. |

breezy nightby flahermaComment: I can image cropping this to leave just the left half or maybe left two thirds (somewhere in that range in any case) so that the light on the trunks and the sweeping feel of the branches all blowing in one direction becomes the dominant theme/feel of the image. I really like both those aspects. Fun trying out a new lens isn't it. I recently got the 24-105 for my Canon 7D and I'm still "trying it out".
Regarding shutterpuppy's comment, did you denoise at all? |
