Candy Cornby AnnidaComment: Interesting that you picked one with a lot of surface texture -- I'm guessing some poeple will complain. On my monitor the tip is pretty off-white; I'd have probably made it whiter if I could avoid blowing out the specular highlights. |

These colors don't run.by ladpupmoeComment: According to the "rules" i've been reading, this should be flopped so the stars arre in the upper-left as you look at it. Good color & stop-action... |

Four Corner Standoffby DougPazComment: I think I'd like a square crop here -- but I might decide I like the "unexpected" better after seeing both...good job overall |

"Let There Be Light"by TarbiniComment: I haven't had much luck capturing shots like this lately...good job. Of course, it might have been even better this week... |

Pointed Colorby JeileenComment: Beautiful aubject, like the composition and focus. I'd recommend a very dark or black border here -- I think it will help the image "pop off the page" more effectively than the lighter one you've used here. |

Banana Piby jodiecostonComment: Clever cutting job! If you used "white fluid" for your background you could have called it "banana cream pie"... |

Transcendental Numberby lisaeComment: Good idea well-executed. The only thing I'd have done differently is to have the numbers "run around" the Pi-figure cutout, instead of obliterating some of the numbers. But I have access to software that would make that easier...
Technically though, I think Pi is an irrational, but not a transcendental number... |
