waiting for a miracle...by halopesComment: A lot of them seem to be looking at the same thing off to the left of the image, makes me wonder what's over there that's so interesting! |

C'mon, money shot!by LeoComment: He reminds me of John Cleese! I came across a very similar scene near some waterfalls as well once, a guy setting up a medium format on a large tripod, took him ages. Must be something about waterfalls. |

parting waysby LevTComment: The sculpture would have made an interesting shot on it's own, but here you have the girl, looking like she is about to mimic it's stance. Great timing to capture this! |

Vineyard roadby MelethiaComment: I do this, though usually only if I'm sitting still in traffic, and it never produces anything as interesting as this! My advice would be to put the camera down and move back to the correct (left) side of the road! :) |

The Capital Grilleby bvyComment: When I looked at the thumbnail of this I thought it was a partial desat because of the strong blue and strong red against the other muted colours and was already predisposed to not liking it. When I opened the shot I realised it wasn't and that those colours actually made the subjects stand out from the photo and make the shot really interesting.
I love the looks being exchanged here, it's one of those photos where it would be great to ask each of the people in it what they were thinking that caused that expression. |

Apparitionsby pawdrixComment: They very much do appear to be floating by, which in a still is pretty clever!
The two of them are completely out of place. Everything else is just an ordinary every day street scene but those two just look like they have been pulled from a completely different scene and placed right there on the street unexpectedly. |

ps.jpgby IraklisComment: There's something you don't see a whole lot these days! This is a very in your face shot, I think as a B&W it does well, though as a colour it felt very "concert snapshot" if you see what I mean. Good conversion, makes it really intersting. |

Cart muleby ZigomarComment: Nice capture! I love some of the stuff people move about on completely inadequate vehicles. |

Jewish (South) Williamsburgby pawdrixComment: This has a great "old style" feel about it, like a lot of the classic street photography you find in coffee table books. Great shot! |

IMG_34807-Edit_f.jpgby halopesComment: Looks tiring! Love the fact that they way you've composed this the stairs seem to go on forever and the guy looks like he's bored with walking up them already! |
