Missing Blueby bnileshComment: This is a really nice portrait, great expression and posing. Unfortunately I can't score it highly because there isn't a single ribbon in sight, never mind a DPC one (I see the blue but to me that's a flower)!
Still, great shot otherwise! |

Flower, Bug, Waterdrop... and The Blue.by LydiaComment: You certainly have the lot in here! I like the irony of the DPC clichés with the dead looking flower. The shot itself is fairly unappealing, mostly down to the harsh lighting and flat looking colours, and I'm wondering if you did that intentionally for the irony. |

I want one!!by emily212Comment: Don't we all!
The shot feels a touch overexposed and the actual colours are a bit off, there's also seems to be a bit of blur, either down to motion or more likely focus. |

Vote Koalaby DistantColoursComment: Nice enough picture, but not particularly outstanding. Also not strictly a DPC ribbon and while I'm not usually one for dishing out DNMC's freely, the challenge did specifically state that it should be one of the DPC ones. |

- A DPCer's ULTIMATE GOAL -by andrewtComment: Not sure what's happened here, but the waterdrops (I'm assuming it's water) have come out a strange grey colour around the ribbon which isn't particularly appealing.
I also think this is a concept which is a touch overdone here, so for me to score it highly you would have to pull it off in either spectacular fashion or some sort of different approach, I'm afraid neither of which you've managed here for me. |

C O N C E N T R I C I T Yby hotpastaComment: While this is a very nice shot in it's own right, and a great stock image, I have marked it fairly low because I don't feel it has enough relevance to the challenge. It is a ribbon but it's not the DPC ribbons.
Great shot though, love the colours and lighting, great way to fill the frame. |

For Best Results Take One Every Weekby crikComment: I like the idea, but the lighting is very harsh and it feels a touch overexposed. I think this is a look that would work very well for some other concept of pills (drug use etc.) but it doesn't feel quite right in this context. |

working at judi's ribbon factoryby OdedComment: The light here is very harsh in the foreground falling off very quickly in the background. While it does isolate the subject it also makes it very flat. There's also some strange item / reflection in the upper left of the frame, which I'm guessing shouldn't be there. |

"Fortune Teller"by Joker1114Comment: Can you tell who that red is going to then?
I like the way the light seems to be emanating from the sphere itself, yet there is no obvious light source. It doesn't completely appear as though the ribbon is 'inside' the glass though (which obviously it isn't), but I imagine that would have been pretty tricky to accomplish. |

All Inby hazeComment: Nice take on the theme. Took me a while to realise that lenses were the bet in this scenario but that could just be me. |
