The one that got awayby Andrew1023Comment: Nice shot. For some reason I think it would be better flipped horizontally, though I'm not basing my scoring on that because it's probably just me being strange! |

Contrastby GabrielComment: I assume this is a building but from the angle it's difficult to tell. Could be nice to see just a little more of the subject to give it some context. |

shadowlineby jdannelsComment: This is a very nice shot, one of the better ones I've seen so far. The only change I might have made is move just a touch to the right before taking this so that the shadow runs from the left side giving a nice lead up to the treeline. Other than that, very nice. 7 |

Snow in my flower gardenby ladpupmoeComment: Very nice image, love the light and shadows. Initially I thought it was a barren landscape shot from a distance until I read the title. 7 |

Coffee Loverby peterComment: This is a great idea, though it took me a few seconds to see it. Initially I only saw a side lit mug, it was only when I looked away and back again that I actually saw the heart. I think the only way you could make it more apparent is to deepen the shadow with a harder light, not sure what that would do to the shot though.
Still, love the idea, 7 from me. |

Summer Shadowsby dzone1Comment: I think this shot is a bit busy, the foreground tree and all the background trees blend together because of the similar texture and colours. Perhaps if you brought in a little more of the foreground and background and took the shot from a lower angle to make the backdrop of the tree the more distant hill it would have helped. |

Four Degrees of Separationby hahn23Comment: Looks like it's hovering! The shadow here is a little distracting as it removes the contrast from the left side of the head. |
