The muted colors give this touching scene an add impact. The focusing give a great depth of field. The couple really pop out of the picture.

The background with the clouds really brings the cake, slippers and book alive. The little colors bring out the contrast of the darker items and pops them out of the shot. I feel that the worn out book cover distracts a bit. Everything else on display looks orderly and the book is really emphasized.

Very nice shot of the dogtags. They really pop out of the picture because of the great depth of field. The background with the flag colors really bring out a feeling of freedom.
You eyes are lead from the top down because of the reflections of the tag and you continue looking down and read the motto. Great shot.

The Price

The lighting of the monument is really spooky. It make the piece very dramatic and moody. It really gives you a sense of the texture (what its made out of)of monument itself. Feels really smooth.
The darkened background really helps to push the monument forward and pop out of the picture.

Soar

The different shades of the clouds make them look fluffier. With the silhouette of the land given such a dark color your eyes first focus on it. Then the clouds with its beautiful color pushes the land out. The bird is a bit small to really notice at first.

A closer cropping of the bird , the land and the clouds would've given the picture a nicer composition.

Beautiful shadows in the type of the "Freedom Memorial Park" really makes it pop out of the picture. I wished that more of the memorial was in the picture. A wider shot would have given the piece a more dramatic feeling.
More depth of field would separate the eagle from the background trees would also make the eagle stand out. The colors are very similar, except the head of the eagle.

Life Raft

Great composition. The blueness of the water really sets the flower apart and the color of the ladybug really sets itself apart from the flower. These three layers give it a great depth of field.

An incredibly beautiful shot. It would make for a great summer greeting card or a postcard.

The Sky Is The Limit

Nice fluffy clouds. The beautiful blue hues darker above and lighter color below really makes the clouds pop out of the picture. I could almost seeing them move in the sky. Beautiful sky shot.
