A Days Workby katlynComment: Very vivid colors in the plane. Really helps to make it stand out. The propellor in motion really helps to give dynamic and sense of flight. The crop is a bit close. Showing more sky would give even more sense of flight. If you decide to keep the crop try sharpening it a bit. When you see a closeup like this your eyes tend to look for details. |

An Unscheduled Flightby vignirComment: More lighting on the bottom half of the picture would help make the subject pop out more. The top of the vehicle has some vivid colors. If there was more light it would help give it more interest. The crane in the background is a bit distracting. I like the dirt flying as the vehicle jumps. It gives a good sense of motion and speed. |

Eye in the Cloudsby NeuferlandComment: Wish that the there was more contrast in the ball. I could see a lot of different colors in it, but it tough to see. The blue sky with the fluffy clouds really help to add interest to the shot. The composition is good. I like that the ball seems far away. Gives more of a flying sensation. |

Evening Flockby SimplicityComment: Just like a scene from Hitchcock's "The Birds". Run everybody. Love the different wing strokes in the birds. Help to give a great sense of motion and flight. The great sunset and the colors help to push the birds out of the pictue. Beautiful shot. |

Gear Down, Flaps Outby pinbackComment: Very neat shot. I like that you were able to capture two of the birds. One gliding and another with the wings flapping. It gives a feeling that the birds are coming right at you. The reflections on the water of the birds are really great. Seems like they are really big birds yet they can still fly. |

Omenby BobsterLobsterComment: I guess this one works. The dark skies with the silhouette of the birds and the darken building gives a feeling of "omen". As a flight entry it gives some sense of it. The building unforturnately dominates about 1/3 of the picture and keeps the picture bottom heavy. Keeps your eyes on the bottom of the shot.
The contrast of the sky really helps to make the birds pop out of the picture
I think cropping about 1/2 the picture and only include the birds would help with the theme more. The current picture is really good, but I can't help but focus on the building. |

Aztec Ladyby newtune3Comment: Good depth of field really helps to make the subject pop out. Even with the same type of colors in the background you were able to birng out the subject. I like the vibrant colors in the subject. Very whimsical. |

I got it!by silverleafComment: Same comments as everyone else - The vertical pole is distracting in the shot. If you were able to crop it out would make for a better and interesting image. Taking the picture vertical and getting the frisbee and person catching it would really give you a cool picture.
Colors are good in the shot and the frisbee gives that feeling of flight and motion. |

Hanging In The Airby MonaComment: Beautiful colors in the parachute helps to make the subject pop out of the picture. It gives you a sense of the parachute coming at you. Focusing is really well done and give a great depth of field. Frame you chose works with the picture. |

Future Pilot by SonifoComment: This is such a great photo. This would probably when in "Nostalgia". Love the hue that you choose. It gives a great sense of the "Past" and the feeling of childhood. The clothes he wearing really helps with the contrast and makes him pop out of the picture. Same for the plane. The depth of field also helps with this.
This would make for a great postcard or greeting card. Absolutely beautiful. |
