Love it!. Meets the challenge and one of few that did. It's soft and the image colors are brillant. I see the emotion in this shot. She's aboout to cry. Great detail to this photo. I'd think it would have done much better in a challenge perhaps called, emotions, despair. ect. However, it's a inter conflict we all have, the feeling of despair....I give it a 10 for image quality and the challenge requirements. Good Luck. Oh, yes there are a few loose strands of hair in there that are somewhat distracting. But when you feel like crap, who cares right? :)

True, very true!. Meets the challenge. A few that did. I give you 8 for meeting the challenge and a 2 for the Photo. Just need to tilt the type for the "Boly Bible" and center it more. perhaps use a softer lighting. But over all I think is great.

hello. i think this shot fit's mundane challenge enough and would have done very well. I shure would give it a high 8 or up there. However, I want to say that this shot is very nicely done and adjusted to my taste. It flows very smoothly. At first, I wondered what it was. I like that. Shots that make you look twice and wonder. Also, it's a bit of an abstract. Which I love in photograghy. Those shots are a little harder to come by and/or shoot, without ripping them apart in Photoshop. :) Good luck on future entries.

Neat shot, I really love this photo and would make a great print. However, as far as the theme goes, not sure that kids are really mundane things. Of course, I don't have any kids (yet)....:) Great shot!
