I know it wont score well. But this was a truly mundane photo shoot. A family wanted completely rigid posed shots of themselves in color on a bright contrasty sunny day...blah! So...I caught this little one as he walked away.

I'm not sure I could ever think of a beautiful young boy as mundane so, for me, it's not a good fit to the challenge theme, but I do like the image. I like the shadows and the high contrast adds interest.
Neat shot, I really love this photo and would make a great print. However, as far as the theme goes, not sure that kids are really mundane things. Of course, I don't have any kids (yet)....:) Great shot!
For this shot I think less on the bottom and more space on the top would of been better......IMHO I do like the b&w and the strong shadows. Good entry, good luck.
Fits the challenge very well..like the way it has been composed and the shafts of light on the arm and leg finish it off very well. Don`t know if you`ve had to clone around the head or not as it has a slightly artificial look but doesn`t spoil the image for me.
