Into The Blueby A WeaverComment: Sharp picture, but the cloud colors seem odd. I'm seeing rosy hues, but it doesn't look like sunset timing. The tail of the plane gets lost in the clouds. 6 Rob the Swash |

Eye in the Cloudsby NeuferlandComment: Nice color, but the photo is a bit grainy (varing color in the blue sky) and the ball is not very sharp. Nice idea, but maybe a lot more tries.....5 Rob the Swash |

Launchby joannadivaComment: Great concept and a very sharp photo. You've got a terrible confict going, the leading edge of the wing is soooo white (re: over-exposed), while the person is too dark to see any detail of. The wing going out of the frame is not good. Maybe try a different attack angle (maybe from in front and below) and definately try different white balance. 6 Rob the Swash |

In Flightby WILDBLUEComment: Nice colors, pretty sky. I see your airplane clearly enough and get the sense of flight, but interest level (wow factor) is low. Nice silhouette, leaving little detail of the subject. 6 Rob the Swash |

Falling From Flightby ShannonComment: Very powerful contrast and nice framing. With the "washed out" background, it's really difficult to say "this is off the ground" or not. In a different type of contrast, hard vs. soft...the background is very hard, the subject is soft, that's nice, but the extreme processing gives the soft feather a "hard" feel. (Does that make sense?)

Final Approach, Flaps Downby GeneralEComment: May I assume the high degree of grain was purposeful? Focus seems indeterminate (can't find the focused area). Framing is good (positioning the subject in the frame). I'd like to see more detail with the subject. 5 Rob the Swash |

On Angel Wingsby GordonComment: Really had to stare at this one. You've really pushed your camera to the limits. I like it. Too bad the sun flares (even got a bit of a rainbow). Admire your attempt. 9 Rob the Swash |
