This image has caused me to stop and pay attention. That means it is in my 7-10 voting band. (Voted earlier)

Additionally, it is highly interesting/eclectic meaning it keeps me here long enough to offer a longer comment and a vote of 8 or more.

This is one of my 8s - I like it. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. I normally like stuff that has more story than a straight landscape can offer, but this is stunning in so many areas; it's a lesson in/as an image.

2. Stunning composition - not just structurally but in its placement of colour too.

3. What wonderful light you have captured - that peak - marvellous.

4. The rendering of the grass and moss, glowing - not sharp and crunchy as many make the mistake of doing.

5. Paintingesque while being photographically pure.

Overall, a masterclass.

This is one of my 9s - I like it a lot. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. Looks like a classic P-A-U-L to me, your sheep shots are amazing.

2. I like how they are coming in force; as if answering the question 'Ewe and who's army?'

3. Wonderful tones, bleak but simultaneously warm.

4. Great use of low contrast.

5. Great use of the dim light - how well you have communicated it.

Overall, delightful.

This is one of my 10s - I like it very much. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. Such subtlety - delicate and precise.

2. What a profile! the glinting sun a glorious backdrop.

3. The orthogonal arrangement of the windows.

4. The intriguing urban scenery.

5. The wispy clouds, rich in detail.

6. The secondary subjects adding richness of composition.

7. The phone interaction - a suggestion of a nested story being told.

Brilliant - award worthy, I was tempted to give out two.

1. Such point-of-viewness! Transportative in its power.

2. Perfect, perfect tones.

3. The slight lack of clarity adds to a most artistic, almost dreamlike, presentation.

4. The pseudo-lobulation of the tree and its reflection on the left.

5. The intersection of the paddle with the cross strut echoing refractive distortion, thus resonating with the watery vista.

6. The sense of purpose, the keen vector of the bow.

7. The misty distant horizon.

Lovely stuff.

This is one of my 10s - I like it very much. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. It took me ages to work this image out - she looks so authentically placed.

2. The juxtaposition of each of the subjects - the gender of the main onlooker is so important to the power of the image.

3. The rich coloration of the nude image, the light on (of) the face.

4. The reflected line across the nudes eyes, reminiscent of early attempts to anonymise nude images in slightly racy publications.

5. The reflected tree, like a veil being dropped to shield her modesty.

6. The complete absence of you - the other viewers don't see you - transfixed by her bold beauty.

Overall. Magnificent.

Swirly bokeh, oblique plane of focus - like someone has mounted a Noctilux (f/1.0 this time) on a tilt shift mechanism. I'd love to play with this setup.
