Sarahby samanwarComment: What a great capture. I love this photo because it looks as though you said "Wait, let me take your picture." And along with that, came her personality and the ability to speak without saying a word. The lighting is great, tones are wonderful. Excellent job! 9 |

Great Blue Heronby h2Comment: Nice! Not a bird person, but have to say...this is fantastic. He or she seems sinister and I like that. The way you captured the feathers, him/her and the branch makes me see that. Plus the eye is just hard staring at me. Hands down a solid 10 in my book.
Back again - after looking at your photo again, the beak also does a number on me. Adding to my favs and if you don't put this up on DPC Prints - PM me if you're interested in selling a copy. |

Pattern of Injusticeby LonzComment: Just screams power and my favorite thing....bold/fine lines with soft but bold color. Striking image here, love it. 9 |

Wolf Dissection: inside the skin by skennonComment: Can't wait to see the comments on this one. As I took a bite of my sandwich for lunch, this pops up. =) interesting take on the challenge. Not sure if you were going for shock value but none-the-less, the photo was shot well. Decent lighting, ok focus and the colors seem to be good. Again, interesting shot. 6 |

Timber Wolfby AlainComment: Love the tight crop and the lighting is spot on. Very sharp but not to the point its damaging. If this is who I think it is....please take me on one of your outings. =) If it isn't who I think it is, then it's a big compliment! 9 |

Surface to Skyby photomill31Comment: Interesting color here. Not sure it works for me, but what I do like...
Is the composition and how you chose natures mirrors. Focus is soft and creates some mystery. 6 |

Gargoyleby Dano6Comment: Good focus and like the choice of sepia. As a thought, a tighter crop might have helped the face pop more. I do like the angle you chose. Makes it more interesting for me. 6 |

Vixidianby BigKComment: Shot tight and or a tight crop. Either way, works well. You did a great job capturing the textures on his/her skin. Such depth to the feathers and face. Then, as a kicker, the eye really shows well. 8 |

In the Court of the Crimson Kingby fisheyeComment: Amazing photo! In a photo where one would think they would get lost, the balance is perfect! The reds look great, sharp and just a good poppin pic. 8 |
