Sorry, I did not see how this met the challenge. Sand might of made a more natural background, the blue is a little distracting.

Composition is good. Playing with contrast and brightness levels should give you some nice shadows and more impact to the picture.

it is a bit dark, nice detail....hmmm I think I would have made the right angle in the lower right corner with the shell and not the blue.

Technically the picture is okay. But in a day when the challenge definition rules, the one right angle shown does not "produce the strength of the image". When I view the strength comes from the graceful swooping curves of the shell.

Nice abstract, leaves you wondering what the subject is. Shame about the focus, this is due to low light and hand held camera? Nice idea, just the focus is letting it down.
