Frozen Lifeby pkotsamanesComment by arron_christensen: first thought is the fences are very distracting. a tighter crop would take those away. another perspective might have been to focus on just one bunch of branches against the blue sky. sometimes a minimalistic approach makes for a stronger picture. |

Frozen Lifeby pkotsamanesComment by glencoppersmith: A little cropping would have done this some good (maybe removing the fence at the bottom) but the tree and the open sky look fantastic. Also, a deeper blue sky might have made the tree pop out a little more. Adjusting the color curves would probably give you that. I like the shot though, is it IR or just that snowy? |
