Iraqi Local National by Room11Comment by suiteness: powerful image. i like the red tones of the graffiti matching the red framing of the window... really brings out the starkness of the black clothing and gun. |

The Four of Usby Room11Comment by suiteness: what a fine capture! the uncertainty in their eyes is captivating. i love the paleness of the wall and ground in contrast to the brightly colored clothing. well done! |

The Four of Usby Room11Comment by lovethelight: Why don't people freaking look at your pictures? this has only 8 views and it makes me crazy...
anyways the composition here is superb! The four different levels are just perfection. The dynamic between the three looking at the camera and the child with its back turned....this is just beautiful. I think it could use just a teeny bit more contrast but the lighting is very nice |

Watchingby Room11Comment by lovethelight: i really wish the first kid were in focus, but i think this picture would be really great if you cropped it to be a 6x4 of the kid thats in focus and the wall...it makes you really wonder what she is seeing |

Unsureby Room11Comment by daboardergirl: I like this photo. It promotes questions. What *exactly* is he unsure of? Good "thinker" photo. |

Friend or Foe???by Room11Comment by TooCool: I've always prefered in a shot like this to have the subject moving into the frame instead of out of it. I wonder if that would make this shot more powerful.

Friend or Foe???by Room11Comment by karmat: good composition. I also like how he is walking "out" of the frame, because that seems to add to the uncertainty of who or what he is. |
