Nice idea, poses, B&W choice. Better focus and sharpness on faces would help, and the white socks distract from the faces. Lower perspective might also be more dramatic.

Nice idea for the challenge and it looks like the boys cooperated well. The B&W conversion lacks an overall contrast.
