| IMG_8178-1.jpgby allankentComment by Kavey: Would be stronger without the visible pen lines which were presumably added as an aide to positioning the pins?
Focus is soft at the left - DOF too shallow (in my opinion) for this pic.Message edited by author 2005-08-17 10:25:45. |

| Scratch and sniffby allankentComment by Caltrop: the blurry upper rock/nut thing distracts from the shot. Maybe you could have cropped it or opened up your depth of field to get more in focus. |

| Granularity in actionby allankentComment by MrAnalogy: I like the stones against the sand and the coloring is very nice but I don't think it benefits from the 'tilt'. Leveled and shot in landscape with a bit more contrast and this would be much stronger -- for this viewer. Also, the shallow DOF works well here ... |

| Photographers at dawnby allankentComment by tristalisk: Wonderfull depth to the photo, The colors are great and the lighting is beautifull. I do wish however that a little more of the people were visible. The silhouettes are all very crisp and well defined one of my top 10 picks of the challenge great Job. 9 |
