Jeremy came over and decided to work on one of his guitars. He took an acoustic, drilled a hole in the body and made it an electric acoustic. He was playing in the garage, so I set it on a slow shutter speed for some fun blur. Ran the Bleach Bipass filter on it in Color Efex Pro 3. Not great but it captures the mood.

You can hear Jeremy's demo here

Nice tones in these...the blur with the fingers is quite fitting.

Nice shots, I like how the blurr gives that sense of motion. Lovely processing too.

I like the energy here, and having just listened to Jerem's music, this takes on a new dimension; just great.

Yeah - Either Costello or a retro Buddy Holly (at least he is from the correct state and country). And don't underestimate ol' Buddy...he was incredibly ahead of his time and blew away so many others of his vintage

I especially like how you isolated the raw energy in the image on the right, focusing on his face is so easy to do in that frame

The blur is fantastic! I love the garage door backdrop, and that filter works really well here. It's so funny, when I saw the thumb for a second there it reminded me of a young Elvis Costello...in real life Jeremy is much better looking and actually has a nicer voice :-)
