I was lucky to have 3 clear days at Denali. It was beautiful and amazing. My husband and I took a plane ride where we landed on a glacier near Denali. It was the most terrifying experience of my life. Seriously. The little plane gets so close to cliff walls and the tops of mountains. Had it been a windy day I probably would have had a panic attack. But it was also one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Hours of incredible views. Totally worth it. I will never forget the experience and I will never forget how it felt having the risk pay off in memories.

Somebody should call the Sierra Club, alert them to all the wonderful photos in this challenge. It's truly amazing. What a beautiful planet we have to live on. Thanks for posting this shot
