Is there a software similar to "neat image" that can remove the wrinkle lines from old photos without me having to do all the editing work? |
I did not mean for it to happen but it seems mine is the oldest picture here!! |

The 1969 one was my first attempt at colorizing an original b/w. Gotta love the Princess Leah look! LOL...I remember those stupid bobby-pins sticking into my head when mom put those curls up the night before photo day! My sis and I did a CD of old family pics and split the task of trying to restore them. We put them all on a CD with names and years for our family for Christmas one year. |

Here is my image from June 1957.

bit. Photo taken by my Mom.

Or so I'm told. I certainly

Such a typically British 'first day of school' photo!! I'll have to dig out mine! I think I have pretty much the same expression on my face as you have on yours!! |

This is me and my lovely mum on her 60th Birthday. She passed away last May, just over two years after this pic was taken. This is how I like to remember her. But not me!!!! Look how mahooosive I am on that pic!! I wouldn't recognise myself if I didn't know who I was (if you know what I mean!). There I go again.....spouting gibberish!! LOL! |

Yeah, I'm sure the 'tough and street' look is the reason Angus Young of AC/DC chose to wear a schoolboy outfit on stage :) |

It was SO worth it! We had a lot of fun talking with my Dad about the shots...many of which came from him. I think we ended up with about 350 shots, covering 6 generations. We did one series of just the photos, titled with the aproximate year and names. We then did a full power point slide show of them that we had running in a loop that Christmas on my laptop, so everyone got the chance to just sit and watch it. Everyone loved it, And it didn't cost a dime :)
We started working on the photos in September of that year, so we had a little bit of time to work on them. |
