    Biography: While my class mates diligently crammed the numbers and names of bones of the Human Anatomy, I took great pleasure instead in outlining the Human form. My earliest work of animation came up right here as I sat in my biology class in grade 8. Outside the class I used all my spare time in setting my characters into motion with music.(Design presented in the portfolio). Through my school years I developed my quantitative and analytical skills enjoying mathematics and physics. However most other subjects bored and dulled my senses. I was delighted to move from a city school to a residential high school in the mountains. In the lap of nature and combined with a flexible curriculum I was able to develop my art along with my logical subjects. My father is a renowned interior designer of leading five-star hotels in India and my mother an architect. My parents recognized my leaning towards the world of art and presented me with a state of the art camera as I set off for high school. Photography and still life sketches were some of the art forms I began at high school. Transition into a U.K based college Wigan & Leigh was the beginning of my formal education in an art school. My artistic skills attracted a scholarship and I was immediately offered an internship to pursue animation. My work experience with Toonz Animations Pvt. India Ltd. (an outsource unit for Walt Disney) was a practical application to all the theoretical concepts of design. I realized that the field of animation is an ever growing, creative and innovative field, which finds its expression in the Entertainment Industry, the Multi-Million Dollar Industry in the world. My practical experience in acquiring 2D and 3D animation skills is complimented by my 2 year theoretical experience at Wigan & Leigh College and my practical experience at Toonz. At present I have enrolled for BFA, Majoring in 3D Animation at The Academy of Art University, San Francisco, CA 94105.
