    Biography: I discovered digital photography only 4 years ago. I purchased my first Digital Camera a Kodak DC3200, after over 1500 picutres figured out the draw backs of no optical zoom and only 1megapixel resolution, but it served me well on a cruise to Alaska and a cruise through the Carribean. Well I have just upgraded to the Olympus C730 with 10X optical zoom and 3.2 Megapixel resolution. Big learning curve but had tons of fun. Now I have upgraded once again to the Panasonic DMC-FZ7, with 12x Optical Zoom and Steady Lense Technology.
