    Biography: I’m a 26 year old photographer based in London. I bought my first DSLR in July 2010 after finishing an art history degree in Scotland. My MA involved no practical art or photography, but the study of paintings etcâ€Â¦ After finished uni I bought a 5DMKII in the hope of making some short films in my spare time, but then discovered how much I loved photography. Like a lot of people I made short films or tried to create ‘funky’ pictures when I was growing up, but never with professional equipment; after leaving school that habit of just messing around with a sony handycam or whatever digital camera was lying around fell away as I (misguidedly), tried to focus on studies and a romantic notion of writing a novel (misguided again - I was a little late growing up).

    Since July 2010 I̢۪ve been developing my knowledge of digital photography and lighting, and managed to start a business shooting for what many would probably perceive as mundane jobs/clients, but is a situation which suits me fine and has provided the chance to work on honing my own work in my spare time.
