I really like he movement of the clouds and how it mimics the lines in the sand.

I do fins myself wishing the rocks were either fully black (silhouette) or brighter to show more detail.

Great shot - wonderful exposure - however the center horizon leaves me wanting more. I would have gone with the rule of thirds, cropping out the sand and getting in more of that dramatic skyline. Very nicely done though!!
