Was this a studio setup? It's almost always hard to get a little critter like this to stay put... let alone on a nice white background :) Amazing contrast of colors. I like that it's off center and this definitely follows the rules of thirds to the point :)

Nice neutral background. It is so hard to get these, I follow mine around the yard, the neighbors must think I'm nuts! I think this would be much better if some of the green was gone, particularly the stuff on the left. It just draws my eye right to it when it should be on the flower and butterfly. The green on the right makes sense to me.
