I was actually out taking pictures of the flocks, when this little guy wandered into the field. I kept the camera close to my face, and when the deer spotted me, he wasn't sure what to make of me and just kept wandering around! He was probably about 40ft from me in this photo, but at one point he walked within 15ft, I thought he was going to walk right into me lol! I was an amazing experience!

I love the greens and purple floral hues - I can smell the spring scents as I stop in my tracks to watching this young deer. What a treat to have seen this! The sight is indeed magical!
