The title sugests our eyes should goto the horses nose where we are met with the only out of focus part of the picture, the hand touching the nose.. kinda wastes it for me.

It bothers me that the girl's hand that's stroking the horse is out of focus, I'd have waited until her hand was still to take the shot (or asked her to hold the pose.) Her expression is a bit strange too, it doesn't quite say affection, she almost looks nervous; or possibly very cold! The composition and exposure are fine, the horse is a lovely colour and a nice contrast to the blue of her clothes.

This is a pretty nice shot. I get a subtle mix of emotion from this rider, love but also some fear, like the horse might be skittish and the rider is worried it'll do something unpredictable.

If I had one constructive comment, it'd have been to include the horses eyes in the photo, to get some idea of its emotions.
