Admittedly this is a shoehorn... December & January are the hottest months of the year in Australia, and I got nicely sunburnt the day after the challenge was announced. I quickly snapped this off and did some experimental processing with Topaz, to see what it's like. Hopefully, I won't get burnt again this year!

Some people have mentioned it looks strange stopping at my wrist. Yes, it's real sunburn and yes, that's how it looks... my hands never, ever burn. (I didn't think anyone's did!) I exaggerated the colour for dramatic effect. Thanks for all the lovely comments.

What on EARTH were you wearing? the shirt, I get, but how your neck and arms and not your face nor hands? I got it! you went skiing in a tank-top! That's ok, it'll heal and you'll forget by summer and it'll happen allll over again.
Real sunburn or make-up? Seems odd to have a line stop at the wrist, I don't imagine many people wear sleeveless tops with gloves, lol. Good shot though, I like his expression, nice focus too.
