 A subject with limited appeal for the collective and a highly stylized color treatment. Sure recipe for a mediocre average. C'mon, prove me wrong.

Post-challenge notes:
Nice to be proven wrong. Stayed slightly over a 6 for a large part of the challenge, but later voters were not as appreciative. This was also a risk on the color treatment, as I have resisted entering one of these partially saturated quasi retro treatments until now. I thought it worked well for this shot. Here's the full color:

Guessing this is a Yo_Spiff entry? Like the idea, and the bike, but the composition is a little...stale? No real excitement to it. Maybe a close up of the bike showing off the details of the bike (eg. cogs/spokes/chains etc) would've bee a little more interesting?

Good for you! I wish I lived in a bicycle friendly area. Way too many hills, narrow streets and crazy drivers around here. And no bike paths.

Yo_Spiff! Yo_Spiff! Ok, I spend too much time reading the forums :)
I like this, nice old time feeling and good framing. And love the camera bag on the back. My only gripe might be the contrast, as on my monitor shows a bit too dull (to my taste, obviously).
Good luck with the next 60 and many congratulations on the 60 already gone, it's hard work!
