I just realized I had never posted to this image, despite that it was one of the few 10's I have given out recently. It's a remarkable piece of visual/verbal poetry. I'm glad to see the Dead Guy tabbed it too; he knows his poetry.

Thank you all.

Apart from the Bonsai, the toys are objects found on the street that I wanted to photograph for a long time but did not have a chance until this challenge.

The nice blurred back / foreground was possible with Nikon Nikkor-S Auto 58mm f1.4
opened at 1.4 mounted on my E-PL1

This was my highest scorer, loved it, wish it had placed higher, hoped it might have ribboned.

Look who's playing with toys and gets a round of hands, and blue for that matter! Congratulations on a lovely story picture!

This is so wonderful I don't know why it did not ribbon, let alone be in the top 10.

This reminds me of a great piece of prose I read on deviantART once, about a cat who had once been a balloon and now wanted to be an ocean. Not sure why. Anyway, I love the changing focal points even though the scene remains the same, very nicely done and adds extra interest to the shot for me. Pretty cool. :-)
