 Don't know if this is going to do anything but Bodyslam my average, as I am completely in unfamiliar territory with this type of photography. But, this is what I did. I took the photo, opened it with Raw Conversion. Put the photo in Photoshop. Created an adjustment layer. Then gaussian blurred the whole adjustment layer. Afterwards I used the Gradient tool to unblur the main focus (yield sign) and then some areas around it in an uneven fashion. I sharpened the layer that wasn't being used for adjustment, added to the contrast of the entire pic, increased the saturation/vibrance and upped the contrast a bit more to try and give it a "toy" look. Then I cropped to a little better of composition (IMHO). I am only saying this so someone will take pity on me if this photo goes down the toilet. Though, this taught me a whole new field of photography that I had only seen once or twice on web mags. Great fun.

I don't know much about this processing method but I do like that you made the sign stand out from everything else.
