That dog needs a saddle! Great depth of focus and warm tone. |

Lovely double portrait. I'll bet those two have a ball together. |

A nice photo... personally I'd have liked to see greater depth of field to keep both subjects in focus. The dog is a little blurred. |

I really like this shot. Makes me smile. I wish the bigger boy's face was in focus somehow. He's so prominent and my eye keeps switching between the two faces. |

Nice shot, kids and animals work well for this challenge, always puts me in mind of the 'family pet' which every kid loves. Beautiful dog, is he a Bordeaux? The DOF is good, although having the dog in clear focus as well would have been nice since the shot title is about both of them, the focus as it is makes the shot more about the boy. I like it overall, good exposure and a lovely subject. |

Look it's "Turner and Hooch"...Sorry that's an old movie. I like the pic. Looks too cold for me though. |

Nice memory, it's too bad the dogs face isn't in focus as well. That's the tough part about using a wide aperture. |

big lad seem just a bit out of focus, and seems to have a sepia toning to it white distracts from the white of the snow, nice dog and lad though |
