Personel taste, too centred and poor lighting and not really defining anything of her character.

Unfortunately the focus seems to be off slightly, or at least there is some movement or camera shake going on. I see focus on one eye only (maybe that was the point) but the aforementioned issue detracts somewhat.

I assume your meaning is that she is a focused person? Without the title I would never tell what defining feature you're trying to portray. It's a good enough portrait, her eyes are sharp and it's nicely lit, although that single green earring kind of draws my eye a bit.
