My dog Teller at our front door. Taken at 0900, Teller and the door are facing west, so there is a lot of morning sun. I tried to show the warmth of my dog welcoming me home. Camera is set to f/5.6, 1/250 sec, iso 100 with my 50 mm f/1.4G prime.

Beautiful dog, but I'm not sure if the photo displays the details of the subject (the door) particularly well. The photo itself doesn't do it for me.
