 The Mall, Central Park

I had such good intentions of trying to make the lights really glow with a series of multiple RAW images. Sadly, my macbook died the day before, so I had to bust out the old laptop and Photoshop from 1999...from what I could tell RAW wasn't rally popular back then :( so it kind a came out eh.
