 Thanks everyone that took the time to vote and comment.

I'm happy this did well, esp since my expert editing skills have a lot to be desired. My attempt at creating some mist over the water ended up looking like weird overexposed patches (like Johanna commented on). But, the biggest challenge was converting mynah birds into ravens, hehe...Hawaii has nothing even similar to crows or ravens.

Mynah birds are very skiddish so i had to shoot them from a pretty far distance. Here's a crop of what I had to work with for one of the birds.


This is the shot of the coast and lighthouse without the birds or the poorly done mist; the processing would meet advanced rules.

Is the horizon tilted to the right, or is it just me, at this early hour? LOL Beautiful scene. Love the birds.
