Yes, it does have the feeling of seen before since it has the post card flavor.
I want to point out that as much as I think that borders destroy the pictures, it's not the case. mostly because it goes well with the entire tonality and formality of the image

Oh! I like this one! This is going to sound a bit odd at first but I have learned that people like things like bridges and thing to come from the left and go into the from that way. A simple "flip" would have made the effect possible.

P.s. - I like the frame. :)
