The butterfly is a little beat up, but I thought I'd try this photo anyway. Taken at Lake Erie Metro Park.

Very nice DOF but I think a higher shooting angle down on the flowers and butterfly would have been better to show the shapes better. Also a crop off of the top would be good too.

Composition of the image falls short of its other characteristics. What is the subject here? Certainly not the flora. A bit deeper DOF would make it more pleasing to me. That aside, it's a nicely rendered image. And I'll bet it was devilishly difficult to capture.

See .. to me this meets the challenge plant life (the pollination) .. its not just a pretty picture of a flower .. great job.
