a fine idea for this challenge - The rular helps us understant the diminutive nature of the flower and appreciate it delicateness. Both practical and pretty. 8

I like your effort to show that botany is about the STUDY of flora and isn't just a synonym for the word flora. Composition is nice but contrast and tonal range seem very low - there are no actual whites in this image. Am wondering whether choice of black and white has improved or weakened this shot.
