 It is a reflection of a light onto the surface of moving swimming pool water.

BTW -- Does anyone know a term for a significant phenomenon being perceived as something psychological?

I'm really feeling this...I am not a big abstract fan so I usually don't vote. The fact that the shot is grainy hurt a little....I give a 4...Sorry.
