I didn't know that this would be the challenge when I posted about my sports photography help thread.

P.s. - I am not expecting much out of this one... Probably mid 5 if that.

Whenever I play at sports photography I usually make a few tries at catching the ball at the point of impact -- rarely successfully. Great work showing the compression/distortion of the ball, and excellent clarity and focus under what were probably problematic lighting conditions.

The warped ball makes the shot; good clarity for an indoor gym shot.
