 I thought the concept of the over policing of the world might generate a bit more interest, especially since there has been a lot of attention in the media lately of photographer's right to photograph and videotape police activity.

I suppose contriving a male cop envious of a female cop's assault rifle is culturally biased and a bit sexist, but based on current U.S. standards I felt it an appropriate way to express my growing concern that something is very, very wrong with the direction of things...yes same old story...the world will keep spinning, i get it.

Though, it isn't that farfetched that taking this photo will be illegal in the near future...no big deal?

Well maybe I was looking for street photography when I should have been looking for photojournalism -- or social commentary. Sorry about that. Being able to freely photograph public police acitivity is what separates us from a lot of other places. So, yes, it would be a big deal.

You have capture a scene that is becoming a reality ..good focus on the policewomen with the weapon i would have used a tighter crop and made her the only subject ..Well done (You were lucky they didnt see you i hear its against the law too take photos of the law?)
