 This image is all blurred light. The tube looking lines, are a ceiling light. Which you can see stationary at the bottom. The left side is a small wall with picture frames. Camera was handheld and quickly passed by the ceiling light twice. Then aimed towards the wall and panned vertically. Image was cropped and very light pp.
