 This is a shot of the River Alt's weir, the colour is a ribbon that i dangled into the water.
The top of the image is where the water is cascading down the weir.

Processing:

Lightroom 3 - General adjustments but a lot of boosting in the vibrance and sat department.

PSE8 - Adjust colour curve, High pass filter, SFW.

...some of my absolute favorite colors....highly appealing....want it on my wall......I'll move a painting so I have a space.......could see this as part of a flowing skirt or the funkiest most beautiful sheer curtains ever.....
