The sky makes this a very ominous looking image.

I'm not fond of this duotone treatment, although I can see why you used it -- there is really too much in this image, and the foreground is not well separated from the background. Perhaps a shallower DOF would have helped.

The colour poping idea really doesn't work in this case in my opinion.
