I'm so stressed. I have so much non-DPC shooting I need to do, and very little of it overlaps DPC challenges!!!! AAAUUGGHHH!!!!

Ran out for about an hour to shoot some more options, and ended up scratched my original entry (sorry Deb), even though it was really nice. But I felt this had drama and that really cool light on the pavement.

merge 5 exposures
SEP2
clone out sensor dust
brightness/contrast
dodge a tiny bit
save for web.

I'm surprised it didn't fare better Johanna. Perhaps the greyscale was less preferred to more intense blacks and whites?

Where's the apple?

Nice shot and OK, you are busy with income producing photography and all that, but really girl, put the hammer down.

Love the title. I've been to this venue and would not have imagined a picture as good as this one in b/w. Excellent work!

Wrong. Never been here but I guess I've never seen a photo from this angle before either. The venue in Seattle is all in color which is why I commented on the b/w. All that aside, I still do love this photo - you brought out the drama outside of what I imagine Dudamel and the LA Phil conjure up inside! (now do I have the right place?). Great job!

Well done. B/W emphasizes the shapes very well.

I know I've seen this building in a recent challenge before? Very interesting composition, quite appealing..but no real focal point -- eye wander all over the image without finding a home to settle on. Gave a 7 anyway!
